Who We Are
A2Z Fix Me is a home appliance repair company based in International City, Dubai. We started 10 years ago with two technicians, fixing washing machines and fridges for families in Dubai. Word got around. Today our team of 10+ in-house technicians handles more than 500 repairs a month across Dubai, and takes bookings from Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi on request.
The name is the promise. Every appliance in the house, A to Z, is looked after by one team: washing machines, fridges, ACs, dishwashers, dryers, cookers, microwaves, ice makers and TVs. You only ever need one number.
We grew on a simple habit, which is telling people the truth. If a repair costs more than half the price of a new machine, we say so. If the fault is something you can fix yourself in two minutes, we explain how on WhatsApp and nobody visits. That costs us a few jobs. It is also why so many of our customers call us back.
