What to Include When You Book

- Shared buildings: tell us if the access card or lift needs arranging, so the visit can be planned.

Do you travel to Sharjah, Ajman or Abu Dhabi?
We take bookings from those emirates, so please message us first. We confirm each booking individually, including the travel arrangements and the time slot.
Do you visit villas and townhouses as well as apartments?
Yes. Include the community name, the villa or unit number and any access instructions when you book, so the technician can plan the visit.
How soon can a technician come?
We confirm an arrival window when you book. Availability depends on the day and the appliance, so message us for the next available slot.
Do I need to be at home for the visit?
Someone needs to be there to let the technician in and to approve the quote before any work starts. If that is difficult, tell us when you book and we will discuss the options.
Is there a call-out fee if my area is far from our base?
We do not publish a call-out fee on this page. Ask when you message us and we will explain the cost before you book.
