When you use the callback form on this website, you can enter your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, the type of appliance, and an optional message.

When you press Request Callback, these details are sent to this website’s server, which checks them and emails them to our team so we can call or message you back. We show a confirmation only after the email has been sent. If the email cannot be sent, the request is kept in a protected file on our server for up to 30 days so that it is not lost, and we tell you on screen that it did not go through.

To limit spam, the server briefly keeps a one-way scrambled form of your connection address (not the address itself) for up to 48 hours to limit repeated submissions, and a short-lived record for up to 24 hours to stop the same request being sent twice. You can also message us on WhatsApp instead of using the form.

If you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you send us.

• Apart from the temporary records described above, this website does not keep the details you type into the callback form. The emailed copy is kept in our email account.
• The website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising tags in its code.
• Like most websites, the hosting service may keep standard technical logs.
