Tips for a Faster Reply

  • Appliance and brand, for example “Samsung front-load washing machine”.
  • Model number from the label on the appliance, if you can find it.
  • The problem in one or two lines, including any error code on the display.
  • Your area and building name, so we can confirm that we cover you.
  • Preferred day and time, if you have one.
