Which appliances do you repair?
Washing machines, fridges, ACs, dishwashers, dryers, electric cookers, microwave ovens, ice makers and TVs. If yours is not on the list, ask us anyway.
Can you repair two appliances in one visit?
Yes. Tell us when you book so the technician arrives with parts for both.
Do you repair at my home or in a workshop?
Almost everything is repaired at your home. The main exception is backlight work on large TVs, which needs a workshop bench. We agree the return date before anything leaves your house.
Do you work on commercial appliances?
Yes. We repair ice machines, dryers, dishwashers and cookers for cafes, restaurants, hotels and laundries, and we work around your operating hours.
My appliance is still under manufacturer warranty. Should I call you?
Call the brand first. The repair should be free, and an outside repair can void the cover. Once the warranty has ended, we are the quicker and usually cheaper option.
How do I book?
Call or WhatsApp us with the appliance, the brand, what it is doing and your area. We reply with a time slot, usually within the hour during opening times. We are open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 10 pm, and weekends from 9 am to 10 pm.
